  • Every learner has a right to learn, regardless of age, ability, gender, family income, or location.
  • We adapt teaching materials, devices, and schedules for different needs.
  • No child is turned away because of disability or distance.
  1. Online Learning Policy
  • Online lessons are safe, moderated, and recorded (for review).
  • Learners get offline materials if internet is poor.
  • Parents/guardians can request printed modules.
  • No sharing of personal information between students.
  1. Data Privacy Policy
  • We collect only name, grade, contact, and learning progress.
  • We never sell or share data with third parties.
  • Parents can ask to see or delete their child’s data.
  • Photos used only with written permission.
  1. Donation & Sponsorship Policy
  • One hundred percent (100%) of donations go to learning materials, devices, teacher training, or scholarships.
  • We publish annual report of how funds are used.
  • Sponsors receive a thank-you letter and updates twice a year (no direct child contact without safeguarding).
  1. Complaints & Feedback Policy
  • Anyone can give feedback via SMS, email, or suggestion box.
  • Complaints are answered within 7 days.
  • No one is punished for speaking up.
